"zoom to downloaded data" is done despite being deselected when downloading to a new layer

Description

tested my production config as well as in a fresh config and version 11773

  1. switch on expert mode in the settings
  2. download some data via the download dialog (slippy map)
  3. open the download dialog again
  4. select "download to new layer" and DEselect "zoom to downloaded data".

Expected: download of data and no viewport change.
Actual: download of data and viewport zooms to new data.

This is probably fixed with r11774. Can you please try with the new version (11779)? (I just have published it).
