Automatically include outer and inner roles when creating relations

Select all the 3 ways from the attached example, go to Presets → Relations → Boundary and then New relation
See how Role isn't automatically pre-filled for the ways.
The same is valid for Presets → Relations → Multipolygon

Couldn't JOSM include the roles, exactly like it already does with creating a multipolygon with Ctrl+B?
