Error in preset help link

this part of preset code is wrong:

@Don-vip, can you do a preset link update for the languages or explain me how to do it please? You had a script for this? The last update was 14 months ago in r9186.

That's easy. Call presets_lang.pl script in core directory.

Something went wrong. E.g. ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Ms:Tag:highway=primary was removed, which is correct, but instead ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/MS:Tag:highway=primary should have been added (Ms changed to MS).

I dropped all languages not supported in JOSM.
