Description
the preset for amenity=water_point gives an option for drinking_water, but the wiki (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dwater_point) mentions drinking_water=yes is implied by amenity=water_point.
Or do the josm maintainers have a different opinion?

On the right side the wiki says drinking_water is implicit. The left side says it is variable attribution.
Implicit definitions aren't encouraged by us (because each software developer needs to code the implicit stuff manually), so I think we keep it as is and let the user decide to make it explicit.
