Should not warn for traffic_signals=*

Have a highway=traffic_signals with traffic_signals=something, validate and see how JOSM gives an info level message about Presets do not contain property key - Key 'traffic_signals' not in presets

I don't know if it's worth to include it in the presets, but at least could this message be silenced?
