Possibility to click a note and copy its value

Description

I want to download notes for an area with many notes like "Três Marias" in Brazil, then copy the value the user informed and copy to the ways, there's no easy way to do in JOSM, you need many steps to open in the web, copy, open josm, paste.

already implemented. click on a note in the panel and press ctrl+C

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
