Description
if JOSM is "out of memory", a message apears which shows the problem.
But the user has no possibility to do something against this. A klick on OK closes the message and a new one apears imedialety.
I suggest a button like "cancel last operation" to go back to the done work.
Actuall, the only wayout is to "killall java" but thats very bad.

Well, we could close the application, that should still be doable. So the user won't have to kill the java process.

Well. That wont work. Out of memory is a serios problem and it is very hard to get into a consistent state afterwards. Improvements in this area are very unlikely.
