Do not warn (informal) about numerical values between 0 and 360 for tag `direction`

I get an informal warning about Presets do not contain property value for numerical values of direction=*:

Value '65' for key 'direction' not in presets.

Please do not warn about numerical values between 0 and 360. Better check for proper values and remove this test.

It's not clear which spelling should be used, anticlockwiese or anti-clockwise.
Wiki uses both, see ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:direction and ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway=mini_roundabout. usage numbers: 272 to 313

This should be clarified outside of this bug tracker. For now both values are not reported by the added warning.
