I didn't find a proper explanation for validator.duplicatednodes.precision in the advanced preferences.
What exactly this value means, please?

For example, in cases like this:

I would like to have JOSM warning that this is a kind of duplicated node (if the nodes are away up to some defined meters)

Is validator.duplicatednodes.precision the proper config to use here? (and how to use it)
