Description

The most shops, museum. etc. have not opened every day.
Create a warning if the tag only have description like opening_hours=08:00-20:00.

I think this is not suitable for the internal rules, as this would produce too much false positives.

I created an external rules instead, which you can add via the validator preferences in JOSM: Rules/MissingWeekdays

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
