Download from OSM failed

It´s the first time I am using JOSM.
After selecting a boundary box by copying a permanent link I pressed OK. This errormessage appeared:

An unexpected exeption occurred.
This is allways a coding error. If you are running the latest...

Then I tried to select the download area by using the map also. The same error appeared.
