Imagery attributes ignored for wms added from wms_endpoint imagery entry

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download an area in Luxembourg
2. From the Imagery menu, choose geoportail.lu and then one of the entries

What is the expected result?

Administration du Cadastre et de la Topographie link in the bottom right corner. No alignment nag screen.

What happens instead?

No text is shown in the bottom right corner. Imagery aligment nag screen is shown.

In 11219/josm:

Use all information from wms_endpoint definition.

After the user chose the layers to work with only a handful of information were passed to resulting WMS ImageryInfo. Now all information are passed, including attribution, headers, cookies, etc.
