Simplify assigning a shortcut to an action without shortcut

Description

As of r11170, in order to assign a shortcut to the action "Download in current view", which does not specify a default shortcut, one has to:

  1. Add the action to the toolbar (since action w/o shortcuts do not show up in the shortcut preference)
  2. Specify a shortcut for the toolbar icon

The first step is but should not be necessary.

This was fixed in #19836. Some other unasigned shortcuts were added in #19850. However there are likely still hiding some actions without shortcut possibility. I'm not sure if this ticket should be closed.

Closed as duplicate of #19836.
There is no need to keep a ticket open only because there may be similar issues. In case we find such cases the fix is clear...

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
