Raise auth_cookie_lifetime on trac to more than four days

Description

Those of us who don't live on trac usually have to log in every time we visit, because the session cookies expire after 4 days.

Please set auth_cookie_lifetime to 31415926 (~1 year).

Changed it to 1 week, 1 year is much too long.

Too long for what? Most users don't visit the josm trac once a week.
