IAE at ImproveWayAccuracyAction.mouseReleased - on node removal

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. press W for the waytool
2. select a node that is that is part of an relation. it has to be a node.
3. try alt clicking on the node to remove the node

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?
