Allow multipolygon as member street

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I have a square with a building in the middle that instead of a closedway I need to use a multipolygon as member street in an associatedStreet relation.
2. validate

What is the expected result?

No warning about the member

What happens instead?

Warning: Role verification problem - Role member type relation does not match accepted list of way/closedway in template Associated Street

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Please have #13536 in mind for incomplete members.
