Description
Hi,
I am using JOSM for last more that One year. But this shifting problem is new for all I think. When I am copying any line, point or polygon to a new layer it is getting shifted spatially. When I updated to the new version I am getting this problem. Any Idea? How to fix?

The behavior when pasting from another layer was changed by design (#13290). It inserts the objects now always at the mouse pointer position. To keep the original position you need to use the new feature Paste At Source Position
