Structure/clean the main menu

The menu is pretty crowded at the moment.

We can merge duplicate actions that can be combined in one dialog:

1. Search / Search by preset
2. Save as / Export to GPX
3. Download from OSM / Download from Overpass / Download Object

We can remove functionality you rarely need (and you can get otherwise if you need it):

1. Copy coordinates actions

And we can move menu items:

1. Upload selection -> Selection menu
2. Update selection -> Seleciton menu
3. Advanced Info + History -> Data menu (?)
4. Jump to position -> Two items up and name it Zoom to coordinates...

Restructure the Tools menu (since I never find what I search there...):

1. Node: Add Node..., Move Node..., merge, UnGlue ways
2. Node geometries: Align, Distribute, Orthogonalize
3. Way creation: Follow, create circle
4. Way: Reverse, Simplify, Join, Move, Disconnect
5. Areas: Mirror (Who needs this?), join, multipolygon
