I'm trying to download josm-macosx version at https://josm.openstreetmap.de/download/macosx/josm-macosx.zip got have a "403 Forbidden" answer:

You don't have permission to access /download/macosx/josm-macosx.zip on this server.
Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at josm.openstreetmap.de Port 443
