Allow to set Simplify Way tolerance in the interface

Description

Currently it's very awkward when one wants to change simplification tolerance (eg. when first simplifying forests at 5 m and then highways at 1 m - or when results are bad and lower tolerance is required). You have to open advanced settings and do it manually.
It'd be nice to have dedicated keys or even just a menu item for this adjustments. For best convenience the adjustment step should be either configurable or taken from a list (no problem with these being hidden as advanced settings because you won't change them frequently).
