Similar issue as https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/12966?cversion=0&cnum_hist=12
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run JOSM under kUBUNTU 16.04.
- Setting - PlugIns - JOSM-continuos-download Version 53, lokal 53
What happens instead?
After startup continuousDownload claims JOSM version 10358. The repository and JOSM itself declare 10327 as actual stable version.

I messed up the versions, but won't fix it now that a new tested version is out.

Did the same now on a WIN-7 - PC.
First JOSM claimed an UPdate, e.g. https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/De:WikiStart and Download Version 10327.
Restart JOSM 10327 and Download PlugIns. Also here ContinuousDownload claims JOSM 10358.
Same behaviour betwwen WINDOS or LINUX!
