Conflation: if no conflicts exist, user shouldn't need to confirm

Description
Hi. When each single conflation operation merges two objects, the user gets an interactive dialog to review the merge. There are checkboxes to "show tags with conflicts only" and "show tags with multiple values only", and I generally have both enabled. If I have no conflicts, then there is nothing to review (this window is empty), and making me click OK each time is extremely tiresome, especially if I have hundreds of objects.

I think this issue is no longer present.
It may have been resolved in the utilsplugin2 plugin used by conflation, or directly in the core JOSM CombinePrimitiveResolverDialog.
