I am building a plugin for turnlanes taggin, I've already uploaded the jar file to list of JOSM plugins ​http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/josm/dist/turnlanes-tagging.jar. However the version is broken, could someone tell me why it is happening and how to resolve it

Somehow your build did break the Manifest file. Probably you did not build it in an SVN environment or you miss the commandline SVN tool?
