tag autocompletion has a weakness for trailing numbers

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create 2 bogus objects
2. add arbitrary tags, e.g. on one object add the key "oneway" and on the other "oneway1"
3. add a new object, start adding a tag by typing "one"

What is the expected result?

autocomplete suggests the mostly used ( or maybe the shortest?) tag that fits

What happens instead?

the long and unusual "oneway1" will be the suggested tag
