Error loading map

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Map update?

What is the expected result?

when loading an OSM file i expect to see all the map in full

What happens instead?

Some tiles are black and contain red text which reads "ERROR: Error downloading tiles; java.net.unknownhostexception:c.til,openstreetmap.org

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
