Aliases per language in the presets

This is heavily used by iD.

If it is already possible, then it should be precisely covered at wiki/TaggingPresets.

Since JOSM groups multiple tags in one preset, then alias words should be possible both

• with single tag preset
• with multi-tag preset (where aliases are set per each item)

Fancy stuff such as including reach results in F3 should be implemented separately (less complex task, but needs more attention and planning).

Not sure if anyone needs more detailed explanation.
