Rough ETA display while uploading data

Description

It'd be great if there were some way to display how long a long upload operation is likely to finish.

For example, as I write this the JOSM upload dialog is ticking through an upload for a revert that someone asked me to do, and it says "(994/38,568) uploading 1 object...". I can roughly work out that it started 5 minutes ago and is 1/38 of the way through, and therefore will take 185 minutes to complete, but it'd be great if JOSM could do that for me.
