[PATCH] Short descriptions for tracktype values.

Add short descriptions to the tracktype preset to ease selecting the correct value. My use of tracktype is occasional so I end up looking up the meaning each time.

There were often discussions in the past about the definition of the different grades. It seems that everybody has its own definition ;)
I don't know if the definitions written at ​Key:tracktype are now accepted by most mappers.

Having a text description instead of a number should be strongly preferred. I find the ​text in iD a bit closer to the wiki description and also easier understand and apply.
