I18n update for plugins

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. More plugins need a I18n update so translations from launchpad is used.

What is the expected result?

All translations from launchpad is used.

What happens instead?

Not all translations from launchpad is used.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Was latest I18n update for all plugins @31895 ?
