[Patch] Add tactile_paving combo to Pedestrian Crossing's default preset

Reported by: ccamara Owned by: team
Priority: normal Milestone: 16.05
Component: Internal preset Version:
Keywords: pedestrian crossing tactile paving Cc:

Description

Pedestrian Crossing preset is currently lacking tactile_paving key, which is very important on pedestrian crossing for visually impaired people and it is in fact recognized in the http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:crossing defintion

Since I am not familiar with svn nor with trak or the procedures, I created a pull request on the mirror repository on github (https://github.com/openstreetmap/josm/pull/14) and you can see the commit I made (which is fair simple) on this other link: https://github.com/openstreetmap/josm/pull/14/commits/bf75b308c0fad9ea0f521f3f6bfc6f5a0fc41632

Reading the wiki pages for crossing and tactile_paving, it seems, that it shouldn't be used on the crossing node but on a separate node at the position of the kerb at both sides of the street.
