    1212For many users they are known by their hotkeys, distinction between "working modes" and "edit toolbar" only seen at wiki and probably at source code level.

    14 For users, it doesn't matter if F3: a menu item, a edit item or a working mode or a dialogue. It is possible to have F3 button at "edit toolbar". I don't see why X, W, B and other company are so specific that they are banned in "edit toolbar".
