Upload isn't possible qd always create an error 'Stream closed'

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Upload changes.

I installed JOSM 9900 again and I installed latest. It gave the same result even when I tried to upload one node.

What is the expected result?

Error: Upload of data from '​https://api.openstreetmap.org/aou/0.6/' failed because of a problem with the tranfer of data. Details: Stream closed
