open upload dialog
enter a nice comment
change to tab to create "new changeset" instead using the last open changeset
revisit first tab: nice comment is removed and the last submitted comment is shown again.
perhaps related with patch from #12367

No, this was no duplicate of this. I opened 6379, too.
But the problem is solved at least in the lasted build.

But if i change the comment to "some other text" changing the changeset should NOT destroy this new text :-)
from #6379 not match this ticket's description?
