Description

This changeset ​http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/37022480 deleted a fictions country. Open it in JOSM via the remote control url: ​http://127.0.0.1:8111/import?url=http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/37022480/download

Expected
JOSM will load the changeset XML and set the map location to match the changeset bbox just as in OSM

What happens
A new layer is loaded but the map location does not get updated.

Type: defect → enhancement

Also File → Open Location is affected.

The problem is that ​https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/37022480/download does not contain any bounding box, nor does the deleted node ​https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/node/3816462101/2
