Bing images don't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. laod bing ... attribution is not loaded yet
2. error. java.net.socket timeout exception: connect timed out

What is the expected result?

lo load Bing air maps

What happens instead?

nothing

Looks like you have network problems. If you right-click on tile, choose "show tile info" from menu, and then try to open tile URL in browser, does it open properly?

I also see something like this. When I enable Bing imagery layer, I only see the "attribution not loaded" errors in each tile. Nothing more happens. I need to change zoom (mouse scroll wheel) and only then tiles start to download and fill the layer.
