Description
There was already a short discussion in ticket:8687#comment:37.
While not everybody agrees to these values, the most mappers do. Both are used very often taginfo:
maxheight=default4786 (most used maxspeed value!)maxheight=none3128 (45th most used maxspeed value)
We don't need to propose these tags in the presets, however the current validator warning should no longer appear.
