Error message when trying to do convert to GPX Layer

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download in JOSM this area ​http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/10408270#map=19/35.39777/-118.98064
2. Copy just way 10408270 ( or any way , because i will make changes to the map )
3. Create new layer
4. Paste what you have copied in the new layer
5. Right lick on the new layer, convert to GPX Layer

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?
