Unwanted layers activated

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. download data
2. from within JOSM or from any website ie Geofabrik

What is the expected result?I expect only the one layer to be opened automatically

What happens instead?The expected layer opens. Also 'Cycle Routes' and 'Czech Hiking Trails' open.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This started yesterday. No idea why. Can't remember any problem but am not sure. Can't see where or how to disable these two layers.

Those layers originate from the routes plugin.
