Dynamical hiding buttons in windows not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Dynamical hiding buttons in windows (on right side of JOSM) not working.
I have selected "Dynamical" but this working same as "always visible".
If I change to 'always hidden' then they are hidden.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
