Description

Please add validator checks that would detect unclosed roundabouts (highway+junction=roundabout). Unclosed means a way that is not closed OR a series of ways (segments) tha do not form a closed circle.

I've seen straight roads mistakenly marked as junction=roundabout, which did broke them as then oneway=yes was mistakenly assumed on them by routers.
