invisible relation prevents upload

I am not really understanding what has happened here. I tried to upload some data after I reverted a changeset and afterwards fixed conflicts (and did some manual editing). The upload was rejected:

but the relation list didn't even show the relation with this number. I saved the data and did a grep to find out that this relation was "visible=false". Is this the expected behaviour?

Before the attempted upload there were some unhandled exceptions, but I didn't immediately create a ticket because I was not sure what lead to them.

I have attached the debug output as a textfile and also the session and data. If this is normal behaviour, please close.

Please follow the guideline for creating newtickets! This provides a uniform style and the required system information (especially the used version).
