Replying to anonymous:

Do you use current validator plugin?

I updated my JOSM and the Validator plugin to day, its 8911.

Hmm. Line 68 in OverlappingWays.java is an empty line.

Please delete ~/.josm/plugins/validator.jar, test if validator really no longer exists and reinstall it.
