Currently, shop=hifi uses the same icon as shop=antiques, but this icon of this appliance not a high fidelity audio appliance, I propose to render a stereo or loudspeaker.

Let's vote :) I prefer 5.
7 and 8 are beautiful but not so easy to identify as an hi-fi system at first glance. It could also look like a building.

LOL, I have to start making really bad icons. Those type of icons if someone sees them they say "This is hurting my eyes!" (this would be a good challenge too).
To me the 1st one seems a washing machine too. Was the first one. Here it is the nº5. viewBox fixed and released in CC0/Public domain.

Please not. We are always very happy for artwork contributions. It seems it's much harder to find a good artist than a good programmer (which is hard already). And there are still many places which either have no artwork or need improvements including functions, plugins, buttons, styles, ... even if the situation is much better than some years ago.
And I know that especially making small icons seems a much bigger challenge than making large ones.
