Description
It would be useful to include minimum speed (minspeed=) and heavy good vehicles speed (maxspeed:hgv=) fields along with the maxspeed field and replace the maxspeed:forward and maxspeed:backward fields so that the dialog doesnt increase in size, or alternatively if its possible to fit multiple fields on a single line, then those fields would move on the same maxspeed line.

Well, that was for nodes. Minspeed is already in the Road Restrictions preset. (However I think it is used wrong in most cases. It should be minspeed:lanes=...|...|...)
maxspeed:forward/backward seems more important than maxspeed:hgv. I added maxspeed:hgv to the Road Restrictions preset.
