Description

The content for the help topic /Preferences/Presets#FailedToLoadPresetSources could not be loaded. The error message is (untranslated): org.openstreetmap.josm.gui.help.HelpContentReaderException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
