JOSM suspend while opening link in browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Help -> Report bug

or 2. Tags window -> choose key -> Open OSM Wiki
or 3. Click on link in MOTD/start page

What is the expected result?

• opened page in browser

What happens instead?

• JOSM suspend
• Java uses 100% of CPU
• in Terminal I can see last line "INFO: Opening URL:[...]"

You have a very old development version of Java 8, please update it or uninstall it.
