Working plugin freemapkapor

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Declares me when you turn plugin freemapkapor following message: cannot open map window file ​http://195.28.70.134/kapor2/maps/mapa.mwf
2. I do not understand why it does not work? Why can not I open the window for katasterportál ?? (Nerozumiem prečo to nefunguje? Prečo mi nejde otvoriť okno na katasterportál??)
