Text string "Downloading notes" in dialog window missing in Launchpad

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. When dowloading Notes there is a text string that is not translated
2. It is "Downloading notes"

What is the expected result?

Text string ""Downloading notes" is in Launchpad.
Text string can be translated.

What happens instead?

Text string "Downloading notes" is not in Launchpad.
Text string is not shown translated.
