converted gpx name not preserved anymore

Description

version 8922

open a gpx file, convert it to data file, then back to the gpx again.
right click it, choose save - it asks for file name.

in josm version 8800, it asked right away whether the original file should be overwritten or not, without filename dialog (as expected)

Regression from r8830.
