missing roads plugin error message after solving and commenting a tile

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Use Missing Roads plugin
2. Solve a tile
3. Add a comment in the box and validate

What is the expected result?

No error message

What happens instead?

Error message: An unexpected server error has occurred.
It does not happen every single time though.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
